Pinecrest Lodging

Pinecrest offers various lodging types which will be assigned first come first served. We will do our best to fit the need of every family! Cost is per person for the entire weekend (includes two nights and all meals): 

• Cost per Adult (ages 12+), $145
• Cost per Child (ages 4-11), $73
• Children under 4 are free 
• Cost is capped at $650 per family for your immediate family including all kids college age and below. When registering an immediate family with a total cost exceeding $650, please make a payment of $650 and disregard the remaining Balance Due (we’ll adjust it!).

Electric RV Sites: Cost per person for two nights including all meals: 

• Cost per Adult (ages 12+), $125
• Cost per Child (ages 4-11), $63

Tent Camping: Bring your own tent to the Pinecrest campground! Shower-houses are provided.

• Tents $60 per site plus the cost of individual meal packages
• Adult (age 12+) weekend meal package, $50 per person
• Child (ages 4-11) weekend meal package, $25 per person
• For tent camping, please register for one site per family and register for one meal package per family member. 

For friends and guests of Wellspring family who are interested in joining Wellspring Family Camp, please register after September 28.

If you can only join us for one night, cost is $85 per person. 

You will receive a confirmation email after registering. Make sure you get your confirmation email so that you know your registration was successfully submitted! You will receive another email during the week of October 1 with your housing assignment and bed sizes in your accommodation so that you can pack all the necessary bedding.
