Wellspring Family Camp is a highlight of the year for Wellspring, and we can’t wait for you to join us. The theme for Family Camp weekend will be “Growing up in the Family of God.”

Wellspring welcomes guest speaker Mark Kiekhaefer

Mark Kiekhaefer retired from 35 years of pastoral ministry with the EFCA. He and Nina, his wife of 39 years, have lived in Jefferson City for the past 26 years where he was the pastor of Living Hope Church. Mark has a Doctorate of Ministry in Spiritual Formation from Gordon-Conwell Seminary and has a special interest in how God is always at work to form Christ within us (Galatians 4:19). Mark’s messages will focus on how God works toward that goal, especially in the context of our involvement in the body of Christ.

Pinecrest Lodging

Pinecrest offers various lodging types to accommodate different needs and family sizes. Housing assignments will be first come first served and we will do our best to fit the need of every family! Cost is per person for the entire weekend (includes two nights and all meals).

    • Cost per Adult (ages 12+), $137
    • Cost per Child (ages 4-11), $69
    • Children under 4 are free

Cost is capped at $620 per family. When registering an immediate family with a total cost exceeding $620, please make a payment of $620 and disregard the remaining Balance Due (we’ll adjust it!).

Electric RV Sites

Pinecrest has increased the cost for electric RV Sites to be at the same flat rate as above ($137 per adult, $69 per child) and the rate now includes all meals.

    • Tent Camping: Bring your own tent to the Pinecrest campground! Shower-houses are provided.
    • Tents $30 per site plus the cost of individual meal packages
    • Adult (age 12+) weekend meal package, $50 per person
    • Child (ages 4-11) weekend meal package, $25 per person

For tent camping, please register for one site per family and register for one meal package per family member.

For friends and guests of Wellspring family who are interested in joining Wellspring Family Camp, please register after October 1 and indicate who invited you on your registration!

If you can only join us for one night, please register and let us know which night you plan to stay in the comment section.

You will receive a confirmation email after registering. Make sure you get your confirmation email so that you know your registration was successfully submitted! You will receive another email during the week of October 1 with your housing assignment and bed sizes in your accommodation so that you can pack all the necessary bedding.
